Monarch is located in Na Perstyne street 15, in the centre of Prague. The place has original atmosphere and carries the same name since its opening. At first it was a wine bar, then gastrobar, current restaurant is open since May 2017. Behind the project is Premier Group, its member Premier Wines & Spirits is a leading player on wine and spirits market and is the restaurants exclusive supplier of wine, spirits, soft drinks as well as its own brand of fruit spirits Baron Hildprandt.
Chef Miroslav Vintrich takes care of authentic and unrepeatable taste of meals. Guests can see him at Josper grill, in our open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. The main product are “genuine” American steaks from dry aged meet with USDA certification. This certification guarantees the highest quality of beef meat available from USA of breed Black Angus. The meet waits for its moment in special dry aging fridge and is put on display in the restaurant for our guests to have a look at it. Wine lovers have the opportunity to taste excellent wine from a wide selection of winemakers from the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic as well as wineries from whole Europe.
